Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Use appropriate wire gauge.
  4. Cabinet Preparation: Ensure cabinet opening meets specified dimensions and is level and square.
  5. Mounting the Oven: Secure the oven in the cabinet using provided mounting brackets and screws.
  6. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved fittings and check for leaks with soap solution.
  7. Final Checks: Ensure all connections are secure, test door operation, and verify proper alignment.
  8. Initial Test Run: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
