Disassembly Guide

Tools Required:

  • Torx screwdriver set (T10-T25)
  • Phillips screwdrivers (#1, #2)
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Nut drivers (7mm, 10mm)
  • Multimeter
  • Pliers (needle nose and slip joint)

Step-by-Step Disassembly

  1. Power Disconnection: Unplug the WashTower from electrical outlet and shut off water supply valves.
  2. Top Panel Removal: Remove rear screws and slide top panel backward to release from front clips.
  3. Control Panel Access: Detach control panel connectors and remove mounting screws to access main board.
  4. Front Panel Removal: Remove lower kick plate, disconnect door lock mechanism, and detach front panel clips.
  5. Drum Access: Remove bellows clamp, disconnect suspension springs, and carefully extract drum assembly.
  6. Motor Disconnection: Label all motor wires before disconnecting from main control board.
  7. Pump Assembly: Drain residual water and remove drain pump housing for inspection or replacement.
