Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe cutter

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and access to plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from both washer and dryer units.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the washer unit. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain System: Install proper drain system for both washer and dryer units with high loops to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded outlets. Washer requires 120V, dryer requires 240V outlet.
  6. Stack Units: Carefully stack dryer unit on top of washer using provided stacking kit and secure properly.
  7. Level the WashTower: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the unit is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Run: Run both units through complete cycles to check for leaks and proper operation.
Warning: Professional installation recommended for WashTower units to ensure proper stacking and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting

Error Codes
