Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the WashTower unit.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 230V, 50Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the WashTower: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the unit is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run both washer and dryer through complete cycles to check for leaks and proper operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
WashTower won't start Power issue, door not closed properly Check power supply, ensure both doors are latched completely
