Combined Washer Dryer Unit

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Vent duct clamps

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near plumbing, electrical, and venting connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the washer dryer unit.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Install Venting: Connect the dryer vent duct to the exhaust port and route to outside, ensuring minimal bends.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, dedicated outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. Level the Unit: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the washer dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Run: Run both wash and dry cycles to check for leaks, proper operation, and venting.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
