Basic Operation Guide

Getting Started:

  • Ensure proper installation and leveling

Step-by-Step Operation

  1. Sorting Laundry: Separate clothes by color, fabric type, and soil level for optimal cleaning results.
  2. Loading Machine: Load clothes loosely without overpacking. Ensure items are evenly distributed in the drum.
  3. Adding Detergent: Use HE (High Efficiency) detergent only. Add to detergent drawer according to load size and soil level.
  4. Selecting Program: Choose appropriate wash program using the control panel or ThinQ app.
  5. Setting Options: Adjust temperature, spin speed, and additional options as needed.
  6. Starting Cycle: Press start button and ensure door is properly closed and locked.
  7. Cycle Completion: Remove clothes promptly after cycle completion to prevent wrinkles and odors.
Important: Always follow fabric care labels and use only HE detergent to maintain machine performance and warranty.
