Drain Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Water not draining | Clogged filter, kinked hose, pump failure | Clean filter, check hose path, test pump operation |
Slow drainage | Partial clog, high drain point | Clean filter, lower drain height if possible |
Drain pump noise | Foreign object in pump, worn bearings | Check for objects, contact service if noisy |
Water leakage | Loose connections, damaged hose | Tighten connections, inspect hose for damage |
Drain error codes | Sensor issues, pump problems | Check error code, reset machine, contact service |
Drain Error Codes
- OE: Drain issue - Check drain hose and filter
- PE: Pressure sensor error - Check water level system
- FE: Flooding detected - Check for leaks and overflows
- LE: Motor/pump issue - Contact service center
