Smart Laundry System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Power drill

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor with proper ventilation.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from both washer and dryer units.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the washer's water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain System: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect washer to 120V outlet and dryer to 240V outlet. Both must be properly grounded.
  6. Ventilation Setup: Install proper exhaust venting for the dryer according to local building codes.
  7. Level the Units: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure both units are level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Wi-Fi Connection: Connect both units to your home Wi-Fi network for ThinQ smart features.
  9. Test Run: Run both units through complete cycles to check for proper operation and connectivity.
