Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Wrench set
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on an exterior wall with proper structural support and adequate clearance from obstacles.
  2. Prepare Wall Opening: Cut a precise hole in the wall according to the dimensions specified in the installation template.
  3. Mount Wall Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  4. Install Indoor Unit: Hang the indoor unit on the wall bracket and ensure it is securely locked in place.
  5. Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper flare connections.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
  8. Test Operation: Power on the unit and test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes.
