Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Do not use an extension cord.
  4. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved fittings and check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation system according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level for optimal performance.
  7. Initial Setup: Run the oven through a burn-off cycle to remove manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
