Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts and packaging materials from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Do not use an extension cord.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Setup: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to burn off manufacturing residues and check for proper operation.
