Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant tape
  • Level

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials with proper clearance from walls and cabinets.
  2. Countertop Preparation: Ensure countertop is level, heat-resistant, and has proper cutout dimensions for the gas stove.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Leak Testing: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Check for bubbles indicating leaks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for electronic ignition and ThinQ features.
  6. Burner Assembly: Install burner caps, crowns, and grates according to manufacturer instructions.
  7. Final Testing: Test all burners for proper ignition and flame characteristics before regular use.
