Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials with proper clearance from walls and cabinets.
- Countertop Preparation: Ensure countertop is level, heat-resistant, and has proper cutout dimensions for the gas stove.
- Gas Connection: Connect gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
- Leak Testing: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Check for bubbles indicating leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for electronic ignition and ThinQ features.
- Burner Assembly: Install burner caps, crowns, and grates according to manufacturer instructions.
- Final Testing: Test all burners for proper ignition and flame characteristics before regular use.
