Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant
  • Level
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated location near gas line and electrical outlet on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Connect Gas Supply: Connect gas line using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Connect Venting: Install rigid metal venting to exterior. Ensure proper clearance and secure all connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test for Gas Leaks: Apply gas leak detector solution to all connections. Check for bubbles indicating leaks.
  8. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.

Troubleshooting
