Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Tape measure
- 4-inch diameter metal duct
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet and venting options on a solid, level floor.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
- Install Venting System: Connect 4-inch diameter metal duct to dryer exhaust outlet. Keep duct as straight and short as possible.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): For gas models, connect gas line using approved flexible connector.
- Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and venting.
