Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Insert 2 AAA batteries into the remote control, ensuring correct polarity.
  2. Power On: Ensure the air conditioner unit is powered on and in standby mode.
  3. Initial Pairing: Point the remote at the AC unit and press the power button to establish connection.
  4. Wi-Fi Setup: Download LG ThinQ app from App Store or Google Play Store.
  5. Account Creation: Create or sign in to your LG account within the app.
  6. Device Registration: Follow in-app instructions to register your air conditioner.
  7. Remote Configuration: Configure preferred settings and temperature presets.
Note: Ensure remote is within 7 meters of the AC unit during initial setup for optimal signal reception.
