Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Level
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and gauges
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 50cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level using a spirit level.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill hole through wall for refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and electrical wiring.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance.
- Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
- Test Operation: Run system through all modes to check for proper cooling, heating, and drainage.
