Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Wall Preparation: Cut appropriate hole in wall for piping and drainage, ensuring proper slope for condensate drainage.
  3. Mount Indoor Unit: Secure mounting plate to wall using level, then hang indoor unit on plate.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper flaring and tight connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper voltage (220-240V) and install disconnect switch as required by local codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then release refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications.
  7. Test Operation: Run system through complete cycle to check cooling, heating, and drainage functions.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintain warranty coverage.
