Dual Inverter Technology

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on mounting plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration pads. Ensure adequate clearance for airflow and maintenance.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper flaring tools and torque wrenches.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded electrical outlet according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit.
  6. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Run system through complete cooling and heating cycles to check for proper operation and refrigerant leaks.
