Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with concrete/masonry bits
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 50cm from walls and ceiling) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation and drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz outlet with dedicated circuit breaker.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump and charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through complete cooling and heating cycles to check operation.
