Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Steam hose connector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor with steam vent access.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the steam washer.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Steam System: Install steam hose connection according to manufacturer specifications.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. Level the Steam Washer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the washing machine is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Steam Function: Run the steam washer through a steam cycle to check for proper steam generation and operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper steam system operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
