Disassembly Guide

Required Tools:

  • Torx screwdriver set (T10-T25)
  • Phillips screwdrivers (#1, #2)
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Nut drivers (8mm, 10mm)
  • Multimeter
  • Panel removal tools

Step-by-Step Disassembly

  1. Power Disconnection: Unplug the washing machine from electrical outlet and turn off water supply valves.
  2. Top Panel Removal: Remove rear screws and slide top panel backward to release from front panel clips.
  3. Control Panel Access: Remove screws securing control panel and carefully disconnect wiring harnesses.
  4. Front Panel Removal: Remove lower kick panel, then detach front panel by releasing clips and removing mounting screws.
  5. Door Assembly Access: Remove door boot clamp and carefully detach door seal from front panel.
  6. Drum Access: Remove counterweight, drive belt (if applicable), and front support ring to access drum assembly.
  7. Motor Removal: Disconnect motor wiring and remove mounting bolts to detach motor from drum assembly.
Warning: Only qualified service technicians should perform disassembly procedures. Always follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions.

Diagnostic Procedures

Error Code Description Diagnostic Procedure
PE Pressure Sensor Error Check pressure hose for blockage, test pressure sensor continuity
TE Temperature Sensor Error Measure NTC resistance, check wiring harness for damage
HE Heater Error Test heater element resistance, check thermal fuse
LE Motor Error Check motor hall sensors, test motor phase resistance
FE Communication Error Verify main board connections, test communication lines
DE Door Lock Error Test door lock mechanism, check microswitch operation

Advanced Diagnostics

Motor Testing

Procedure: Disconnect motor connector. Measure resistance between phases (U-V, V-W, W-U). Should be 10-15Ω with balanced readings. Check hall sensor signals during manual drum rotation.

Control Board Diagnostics

Procedure: Check all power supply voltages (+5V, +12V, +310V). Verify communication with display board. Test all sensor inputs and actuator outputs using service mode.

Water System Testing

Procedure: Test water valve coils (2-4kΩ). Check pressure switch operation. Verify pump motor operation and impeller rotation. Inspect for leaks and blockages.

Repair Instructions

Motor Replacement

Remove rear panel, disconnect wiring, remove mounting bolts. Install new motor with proper alignment. Torque bolts to 25-30 Nm.

Drum Bearing Service

Complete disassembly required. Remove drum spider, press out old bearings, install new bearings with proper tools. Apply waterproof grease.

Control Board Replacement

Document wiring connections, remove old board, install new board. Update software if required. Perform calibration procedures.

Shock Absorber Replacement

Remove front panel, compress and remove old shocks. Install new shocks with proper orientation. Check drum alignment.

Heater Element Replacement

Access through rear panel. Disconnect power, remove mounting nuts. Install new element with new gasket. Test for leaks.

Door Seal Replacement

Remove front panel, release tension ring. Install new seal with proper alignment. Ensure no twists or gaps in installation.

Calibration Procedures

  1. Motor Position Calibration: Enter service mode, select motor calibration. Machine will automatically set motor reference position.
  2. Pressure Sensor Calibration: Ensure empty drum, enter calibration mode. System will set zero pressure reference.
  3. Imbalance Detection Calibration: Run test cycle with calibration weight. System learns normal vibration patterns.
  4. Water Level Calibration: Verify pressure system integrity. Calibrate for accurate water level detection.
