Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary ventilation and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
- Ventilation Setup: Connect the exhaust vent to a proper outdoor ventilation system. Use rigid metal ducting for best results.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Do not use an extension cord.
- Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
