Service Mode Access

Tools Needed:

  • Multimeter
  • Service remote (if applicable)
  • Diagnostic software
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Insulated pliers

Service Mode Entry Procedures

  1. Power On Sequence: Ensure dishwasher is powered off. Press and hold "Heated Dry" + "Normal" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
  2. Display Indicators: Service mode indicator "SVC" will appear on display panel.
  3. Navigation: Use "Cycle Select" button to navigate through service menu options.
  4. Parameter Adjustment: Use "Options" buttons to adjust selected parameters.
  5. Exit Procedure: Press and hold "Start/Pause" button for 3 seconds to exit service mode.
  6. Safety Lock: Service mode automatically times out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  7. Factory Reset: Accessible through sub-menu 7.3 for complete system reset.
Warning: Service mode access should only be performed by qualified technicians. Incorrect settings may cause permanent damage to the unit.
