Emergency Drain
For power outages or malfunction, manually drain by disconnecting the drain hose from the sink connection and allowing water to flow into a bucket placed beneath the hose.
Cycle Interruption
To add forgotten items, press the drain button to remove excess water, then open the door once the water level is sufficiently lowered and the unit indicates it's safe to open.
Maintenance Draining
Use the drain function before cleaning filters or performing routine maintenance to ensure the tub is empty and safe for service procedures.
Smart Control Draining
On ThinQ models, access the drain function through the smartphone app by selecting "Maintenance" then "Drain Now" from the available options.
