Diagnostic Procedures
Error Code | Description | Diagnostic Procedure |
---|---|---|
LE | Motor Lock Error | Check motor wiring, measure phase resistance (2.5-3.5Ω), verify hall sensor operation |
FE | Motor Drive Error | Inspect IPM module, check DC bus voltage (300-400V), verify motor controller communication |
TE | Temperature Sensor Error | Measure NTC resistance (10kΩ at 25°C), check wiring continuity, verify sensor calibration |
PE | Pressure Sensor Error | Test pressure switch operation, check air tube for blockages, verify water level detection |
DE | Door Lock Error | Test door lock continuity, verify thermal fuse integrity, check interlock mechanism |
HE | Heater Error | Measure heater resistance (25-35Ω), check thermal cutout, verify relay operation |
Advanced Diagnostics
Motor Phase Testing
Measure resistance between motor phases (U-V, V-W, W-U). All readings should be equal (2.5-3.5Ω). Any imbalance indicates motor winding issues.
Hall Sensor Verification
Check hall sensor output voltages (A, B, C) while manually rotating drum. Each sensor should produce 0-5V square wave signals.
Control Board Diagnostics
Use service mode (Hold Temp + Spin buttons) to access diagnostic menu. Check sensor readings, actuator tests, and error log history.
