Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Measuring tape
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Drill (if cabinet mounting)
  • Pencil for marking

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance on all sides. Ensure the surface can support the microwave's weight.
  2. Check Electrical Requirements: Verify the electrical outlet meets the required specifications (120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit).
  3. Countertop Placement: Place on a flat, stable surface with at least 3 inches of clearance on top and sides for proper ventilation.
  4. Cabinet Installation: For over-the-range models, ensure proper mounting brackets are securely attached to wall studs.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Connect external venting if required, choosing between recirculating or external vent options.
  6. Power Connection: Plug into a properly grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  7. Initial Test: Run the microwave for 2-3 minutes with a cup of water to verify proper operation.

Troubleshooting
